Our adventure wedding will be held on Sunday, September 2nd, 2018. The day will start pretty early and the ceremony will be held during the day of fun & exploring. After a full day of fun we will then return to the hotel for the reception.

What is an adventure wedding?

We mentioned adventure wedding a few times already so what is really? All of our guests will be spending their entire day, rain or shine, with us from one scenic outdoor destination to the next in a big bus. Our ceremony, toasts and photos will be incorporated during the day. 

We know most of you have not been to Iceland yet so you're really  in for a treat! We'll be all over, glacier lagoon, waterfalls, black sand beaches and more. How intense is this? Don't worry, when we're at these locations there will only be short hikes of approximately 10 - 15 minutes. 

Dress Code

We will be traveling all day so we highly recommend everyone to bring two outfits one for the day and one for the reception.
Day Time Adventure Attire
We really would appreciate if our guests can wear cocktail attire throughout the day (Lily will be wearing her wedding gown)-- we really think we'll get some really amazing and unique photos! During the day time adventure, we highly recommend everyone wear boots. We will be doing doing some mild hiking and be on sandy/rocky terrain, so wear warm, comfortable boots with solid traction that you don't mind getting dirty. Even though we can't predict the weather, we recommend you bring outerwear and ladies wear leggings or stockings.
